Every result you release, you can prove.
Clinexas runs the whole diagnostic workflow — patient registration, sample tracking, result entry against reference ranges, two-person approval, and reports a patient or hospital can check for themselves.

The problem
The gaps that cost laboratories credibility
Most laboratories do not lose money on the bench. They lose it in the gaps between the bench, the counter and the cash book.
Nobody can say what was released
A report is approved on one screen and handed over at the counter. Without a release log tied to the document, “was this sent?” has no answer six weeks later.
Reports that cannot be checked
A hospital receives a PDF with your letterhead on it. There is no way for them to confirm it came from you, and no way for you to disown a forgery.
HMO and corporate money goes missing
Claims tracked in a spreadsheet beside the system that raised them. Reconciliation becomes an evening job instead of a report.
One login, many hands
When staff share an account, an amended result has no author, and no policy about who may approve what can actually be enforced.
Who it's for
Everyone sees their part of it
One system, six jobs. Roles decide what each person can reach, and a laboratory can widen them without waiting on us to ship code.
Front desk
Registers patients, raises the request and the invoice, takes payment, and hands over finished reports — without ever seeing a result they are not meant to.
Scientist
A worklist of samples accepted into processing, result entry with the ranges already loaded, and a submit that puts the work in front of a reviewer.
Pathologist
A review queue, the full sheet in context, and approval — with amendments that keep the original on record rather than overwriting it.
Radiologist
An imaging worklist separate from the laboratory bench, with its own reporting and its own release, in the same patient record.
Accounts & HMO desk
Invoices, payments, receipts and refunds against the request that generated them, corporate and HMO price lists applied automatically, and a claim per scheme at month end showing exactly what is owed and what has been settled.
Owner & manager
Who did what and when, what has been released, what is owed, and the permission matrix that decides who can do any of it.
How it works
Follow one specimen across the bench
Scroll to walk a sample through the laboratory. Each step hands off to the next inside the system, so the audit trail is a by-product of doing the work.
Stage 1 of 5
Register
Patient, visit and request. Individual, corporate, HMO or referral — the invoice is raised from the tests ordered.
The chain of custody
It starts at the chair, not the bench
A result is only as defensible as the sample behind it. Every tube is registered with its own code the moment it is drawn, then tracked through collected, received and accepted — or rejected, with the reason recorded against it.
- Per-sample codes from the draw
- Rejections carry a documented reason
- Nothing enters processing unaccepted
- The trail follows the result to release

The platform
Everything the laboratory runs on
Not a collection of add-ons. One system where billing knows about the request, and the report knows who approved it.
Laboratory
Opens with a catalogue of common tests already loaded — parameters, units and reference ranges by age and sex — which you then edit to match your own methods and analysers. Departmental result sheets, critical-value acknowledgement, and amendments that keep the original on record.
Radiology & imaging
Imaging requests, reporting and release run alongside the laboratory in the same patient record, with their own reporting roles and worklist.
Billing, HMO & corporate
Invoices, payments, receipts, refunds and discounts, with separate price lists for individual, corporate and HMO patients. HMO work is gathered into a claim you can send the scheme — member number, authorisation code and every test on it — and marked paid when the money arrives.
Dispatch & release log
Print, download, email or record a physical collection with the collector's name and relationship. Every release is recorded per test and grouped per handover.
Roles & permissions
A role matrix you can widen per laboratory, so a receptionist, scientist, pathologist and dispatch officer each see only their part of the workflow.
Audit trail
Privileged actions are written to an audit log with the acting user, so an amended result or a waived invoice always has an author.
Your branding
Logo, colours, report templates and named signatories. Reports leave the laboratory looking like yours, not like ours.
Patient portal
Patients read their own approved results and scan reports, see what they owe, book a test and pay for it — into your own payment account, not ours. Accounts are opened by your staff, by a link handed over at the counter, or by a QR code on the wall.
More than one branch
Each branch sees its own patients, samples and money; only the owner sees across all of them. Prices can differ by branch, a patient can be handed from one to another without losing their history, and every report can be read per branch or consolidated.
Analytics
Turnaround measured against the time each test itself promises, trends with the projection drawn so it cannot be mistaken for a measurement, why samples were rejected, and where the revenue actually came from.
Isolated by design
Every laboratory is provisioned its own database and its own subdomain. Your records are not rows in a table you share with another laboratory.
Payroll
Salaries, allowances and deductions for staff the system already knows — who works at which branch, and what they did there. Not available yet: tell us how your payroll runs today and we will build for it.
Capabilities
Three places it earns its keep
Pick the one that matters most to your laboratory.
Results & approval
A result nobody can quietly change
Every test on a request from the same department is approved and printed as one sheet, and every hand it passes through is recorded against it.
- Reference ranges applied by age and sex, with values flagged as they are typed.
- Critical values require explicit acknowledgement before the result can move on.
- Amendments keep the original on record — the correction is visible, not a silent overwrite.
- The person who entered a result cannot approve it, unless single-operator mode is deliberately enabled.

The scientist who entered this result cannot be the one who approves it — the system refuses, unless the laboratory has explicitly enabled single-operator mode.
A report that answers “is this real?” without you
Every approved report carries a verification code and a QR code. A hospital, employer or embassy can open the link and confirm the report came from your laboratory — with no account and no phone call to your front desk.
- Confirms the laboratory, lab number, test and result date
- Deliberately shows no clinical values, so the link is safe to forward
- Answers identically for a wrong code and an unapproved one, so nothing leaks

You should not have to trust a WHERE clause
Most multi-tenant systems keep every customer in shared tables, separated by a tenant column. That holds until one query is written without the filter. We gave every laboratory a physically separate database instead, so the boundary is structural rather than remembered.
How we handle security- Separate database per laboratory
- Tokens bound to their laboratory
- Audit log on privileged actions
- Approval rules enforced server-side
Pricing
Pricing that follows your volume
Laboratories differ in size and mix, so the rate is agreed per laboratory. Pay as you go with Clinexas Credits, or settle monthly on what you billed — either way you are billed on work done, never on how many people you give access to.
Pay as you go with Clinexas Credits
Buy credits up front and spend them as work is billed. No monthly commitment, no invoice at the end of a month you did not plan for — a balance you top up, and that only moves when the laboratory does.
Spent on work, not on time
A credit is consumed when a billable action completes — a test billed, a scan reported. A quiet week costs you nothing, because nothing is ticking in the background.
Reversed work returns its credits
Credits are held while an action is in flight and returned if it never completes. Reverse a transaction later and its credits come back the same way.
Top up on your own terms
Buy a package or any amount that suits you. Credits you have paid for do not expire, and you are warned as the balance runs low rather than at zero.
Running out doesn't stop the lab
A grace allowance carries you past zero so a patient in front of you is never the one who waits. It is settled quietly out of your next top-up.
Already on Clinexas? Your balance, every credit spent and your top-up history are under Clinexas Credits in your own workspace.
Per test
A flat rate for each test billed. Predictable, and it scales with the work you actually do.
Share of billings
A percentage of what you bill — or of what you actually collect, if you would rather only pay on money received.
No charge per seat
Add every scientist, receptionist and pathologist you need. You are never billed for giving a staff member their own login.
Tell us your monthly test volume and patient mix, and we will put a rate to it.
