Please contact the laboratory that tested you — not us. Clinexas is the software your laboratory uses; your results belong to them and only they can release them or discuss them with you. We have no way to look up a patient record, and we would not be permitted to if we did.
If you are holding a report and want to confirm it is genuine, use the verification link or QR code printed on the report itself.
